Important Alerts Guests should be aware of the following:
Construction Updates The Recreation Center will be under renovation from Nov. 14, 2023 to Feb. 23, 2024. During this time, the space will be closed with little to no impact to the surrounding Spa and Fitness Center.
Cashless Resort There is no cash available at this resort, and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.
Service Animal Policy Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility. Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

General Property Updates Packages for Grande Vista Owners are complimentary. Envelopes are free of charge. Packages Weight & Rates: 0.0-5.0 LBS: $10.00 5.1-20LBS: $10.00 20.1-30LBS: $15.00 30.1-40LBS: $20.00 40.1-60LBS: $25.00 60+LBS: $30.00 Storage fee is based on weight. Fee will be applied to their folio as a room charge. Please dial ext. 4444 from villa to have the package retrieved. Safety & Security will deliver the package to the guest’s villa. Identification will need to be verified at the time of delivery. Important Notice: The Safety & Security Department will hold packages for one full month from the receiving day. If packages are not claimed they will be returned to sender or disposed of.
