Service Animal PolicyService animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility. Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment. |
General Property UpdatesPackages are available for pickup in the lobby or delivery to your villa by our Safety & Security team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All incoming packages over 1 pound will incur a handling fee based on the item’s weight (See below). Package Handling Fees 0 – 1.0 lbs = No Charge 1.1– 25 lbs = $5.00 25.1 – 50 lbs = $15.00 50.1 – 100 lbs = $25.00 Over 100.1 lbs = $50.00 Crate or Pallet = $150.00 Handling fees will be applied as a room charge upon the package’s arrival if a credit card has been placed on file. Handling fees that cannot be applied as a room charge will be due upon delivery to the recipient. The package’s recipient must be present with valid identification at the time of delivery. Storage: Safety & Security will store all incoming packages for 90 days. Unclaimed packages will be returned to the sender (where applicable) or disposed of. Outgoing packages: For assistance with outgoing packages, please contact the Safety & Security team (a $5 fee may apply to all outgoing packages up to 100 lbs). |
