Construction Updates

The adjacent residence property to the South of Marriott’s Oceana Palms resort remains under construction and is an active construction site.

Cashless Resort

There is no cash available at this property, and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.

Service Animal Policy

Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.

Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

General Property Updates

Beach service is from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Please note that beach set-up times in the morning are contingent on authorization from the local turtle conservation representatives. Hours to be updated to 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

South Florida's Turtle Season runs from March 1st to October 31st. Please close your blackout drapes in all oceanfront villas before 9 p.m., and refrain from using artificial lighting at the beach after sunset to protect the local wildlife.

There is limited onsite parking and only one parking pass per reservation.

  • Beach Services

    Beach Services is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for complimentary beach chairs, umbrella rentals, and limited food and beverage services. Umbrellas are offered at $20 per day.

  • On-Site Convenience Store

    The Marketplace/Reflections is open for breakfast, lunch, and Starbucks offerings for pick-up and to-go. See the front desk for hours of operation.

  • Activities (On-Site)

    Download the Marriott Vacation Club App to see our activities schedule or stop by the Front Desk at check-in. Reservations may be required based on the event.

  • Activity Center

    The Boardroom Activities Center and The Den are open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

  • BBQ Grills
